Whitney Langford
Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern Therapist, wlangford@crosswalkbh.com
Whitney became a social worker because she saw how often people who appear strong, capable, and resilient are quietly carrying trauma, grief, anxiety, and overwhelming life transitions without the support they need. Her experience
includes working with individuals with comorbid disabilities, former military personnel, caregivers, and families navigating complex systems, loss, chronic stress, and significant change.

My Therapy Approach:
Whitney's approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and grounded in helping clients feel safe enough to be honest about what they are carrying. She works collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns,
strengthen coping skills, process difficult experiences, and move toward greater emotional balance, confidence, and clarity. She especially enjoys supporting clients who are used to being the dependable person for everyone else and are now realizing they need a space of their own to heal, reset, and reconnect with themselves.
My Availability:
Whitney is currently accepting new clients for individual sessions, online and in person at our Brandon location.
