LORI
"Through my own experiences, I developed the strength to help others face the challenges life can bring. I recognizesthat simply living life often brings trauma, loss, grief, anxiety, stress, sadness, confusion, anger, and a wide range of other emotions. The critical piece, she believes, is learning how to navigate these difficult situations and emotions. My focus is to provide support, guidance, and the knowledge essential for my clients to facilitate inner healing, find a sense of peace, and experience growth as they move forward into a more joy-filled life."

I became a social worker because I saw how often people who appear strong, capable, and resilient are quietly carrying trauma, grief, anxiety, and overwhelming life transitions without the support they need. My experience has included working with individuals with comorbid disabilities, former military personnel, caregivers, and families navigating complex systems, loss, chronic stress, and significant change.
