My Therapy Approach:
Julissa draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, play therapy, art therapy, and talk therapy, tailoring her approach to each client's age, strengths, and goals. Her goal is to walk alongside clients as they grow, heal, and discover their strengths, helping them feel confident, supported, and empowered in their journey.
