Valeria Williams is a Marriage and Family Therapist, Registered Intern who believes in a strong family foundation that promotes positive communication, positive interaction, and building an effective support system. She has dedicated over twenty years to assisting families with togetherness and creating healthy relationships, developing her experience through the childcare
field, the school system, and church ministry. Working with families is Valeria's passion, and she continues to seek more ways to help individuals, couples, and families create stable and nurturing environments. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, and is a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE)

My Therapy Approach:
Valeria's approach is to explore the family dynamics while focusing on communication styles, roles, and relational patterns. She uses evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. Her ideal clients are couples, children, and families who are struggling with communication, behavioral issues, and creating healthy relationships.
